I saw some Summoner classes with dyed clothes and I went into the shop in Prontera to dye mine. It gave the like option 1 and 2 for dying and I tried it. Immediately after my game crashed and said CPaletteRes::Cannot Find File palette\o\summoner2.pal 

 

I have tried uninstalling the game several times and still nothing. It was working just fine until I made that mistake, is there anything I can do?

i think you cant dye Doram cloth, the ones you saw, probably they are the opposite gender of your character 

 

since male and female have different color scheme or palette 

male is black and female is red 

 

IMO the only way to solve your problem is

send a ticket and ask GM to help you to reset your doram color setting
