For those who read that from my testing that Fruit Pom Spider increased fire elemental spell damage to monsters, it has been proven incorrect and according to Ash, a +14 weapon was wasted on this.

 

I deeply apologize for the blunder I have caused (I could have sworn I got very diffferent results when i tested this earlier in the week) as well as wasting a players hardmade weapon.

 

It is as stands that Fruit Pom Spider increases damage towards fire property monsters.

 

Once again I deeply apologize and hope everyone here on the forums can forgive me for this bamboozle.

It probably has hidden effect but we all know how confusing the card descriptions are.... To fire attack or fire property monsters. These feel like tatacho card all over again.

To be fair, iRO's description was correct and clear. the doubt arouse when someone saw that the cards had a different effect/wording on divine pride database  My bad

In this case it was an error, there is a rather large difference between magical fire damage and magical damage dealt to fire targets.

huh? iROs description is "increase magic attack against X property monsters by 5%" which is actually correct

Ash said from the get go he didn't believe it was the case, but that he believed Marty when he said that it was working correctly (which it was not).

 

As more items are processed, the better things will get with descriptions in the future.
