I've heard that though the EXP bar freezes visually you're still actually gaining EXP so just keep smacking monsters and you'll level to 100+. I was in the chaos of a low TI party at the time so I didn't even notice.

I went past 100 without maxing job level to 50.

Click Alt + V to open your exp bars, and move your mouse over the base exp. You're still getting exp its just a glitch, since there's normally a 1st class to 2nd class.

 

I'd post it in the bug thread but I was last to post there and don't wanna double post.
