with one kiel on sakray pretty sure i could spam picky peck as much as i wanted or atleast a very noticeable difference

Can't spam SV Stem, unlike picky peck lel
seems after casting SV Stem, there is a fixed cooldown, but you can use skill after another skill but not the same skill?
Dunno why its like that.
So on picky peck it is actually working?
