So i've decided to go for a GX after years of ignoring the class and I went through some build guides when I saw this build about a DD Crit GX.  Does it do better than a DA GX?  Or is it focused on MVPs?  I feel left out for not knowing about this after years of playing RO.  Or maybe GX just never got my attention that much.  Also most builds I saw preferred the Faceworm Queen Leg for main hand and its pretty expensive!  The ones I see in market doesnt have a slot to them or maybe it is a hidden slot?

Well regarding about the FQL, yeah,it has 2 hidden slots

eventually critical attacks will be able to double attack 

 

 

DD Crit can hunt all MVP pretty much DD can too but you need very high dmg to kill mvp before they agi up

His mid gear is Shadow Booster, ASPD + 1 and reduce skill delay by 1%.

Critical Shadow Armor

Blitz Shadow Shield and Blitz Shadow Shoes

And indeed, Penetration set + Holy Water Shadow Weapon (ignore Undead mob's Def)

I have had both if you are going for MVPs then i would say DD Cit GX

 

if you are looking to farm/so instance then go RC gx and you can pull out some daggers when you want. what is it that you are looking to do?

Im looking forward to MVP hunting so I guess I'll go for the DD Crit.  Thanks for the tip!

DD crit has a slightly better edge on single target dps, but has lower damage on Rolling Cutter. Both are viable for most of the game content and MVPs, just a preference on playstyle. Ahh, DD crit is a bit more costly to gear a sustain the consumables.

If you gear both types to the teeth, you'll see there's very little difference in gear prices.

I guess it could be better worded as, DD crit has a higher gear/consumable cost floor than DD DA, but both ceiling are very close to each other.
