The best way for you to find a guild best suited for you would be to read the guild threads. There are posts by guild members which can tell you a little about the guild's personality in a way. And all the guild threads have a description of what they're looking for and focus on in their introductions

Also, if you're looking for BD/VC parties, all you have to do is look around ch 4-5 in ash mist during prime time and you should see people hanging around ash mist or the vc lobby. Just take a note of the guilds they're in and do some research?

I'm just looking for a talkative guild, member lvls isn't really a concern to me, though having people to run dailies/BD with would be nice.

I figured the topic was dead so I didn't edit it.... (Also I do read the guild pages, but they all really tend to say the same join us message with a boring application I can bypass by asking ingame.)

They posted asking for a guild on the page where all the guilds are . They could have just clicked and see what they liked. Don't promote laziness...
