Yeah the connection issues need to take full priority imo, I personally am trying to finish this vending session and then taking a break from RO. Just can't have any fun with all these disconnects :X

Yes, pls too much DCs. I couldnt finish island of bios. Got dc in there. And vending the same history. Pls solve that problem is a bit annoying. Ty

got disconnected in the middle of the instance, just like half of my party. :/ and many more times after that

After WoE 2.0 it isn't up again until WoE 1.0, right now is when the dungeons open (if you invested in the realm for them). WoE 1.0 to WoE 2.0 is when you can buy tickets from the NPC.
