Magma/Lavalon weapon is NOT what everyone's talking about.
OP is talking about a Cash weapon, similar to the Light Sabers, Ice Creams, Magic Wands, etc.
It was made available through an event from way back, from before Deckard was even around.

Should get your facts straight before pointing fingers.
