Hello friends of the forum
I and many friends have trouble logging in.
When we choose the character and try to enter simply does not appear an image that is protected and does not enter the city.
 
Is someone getting logged in?

This has happen to me before. It's probably server lag. Keep trying. you will eventually login.

This has happen to me before. It's probably server lag. Keep trying. you will eventually login.

Are you online?
So it must be problem with the people of my country then.

No I can't login, its problem for everybody. Just be  patient. It will eventually work again.

All of the Warpportal servers were down for a Daylight Savings maintenance but everything should be up again now. Are you still having this issue?

I'm in trouble again.
 
Now every time I try to enter it says that the password or user is incorrect.
I've changed the password several times and it keeps showing up.
 
Maybe I could have been punished for 24hrs?

Generally if you are banned, even a temporary ban, you will get a notice telling you to contact support. This looks more like a case of mis-spelling, probably your password since you can see the game ID visually. Remember, passwords are case sensitive so be sure your caps lock isn't on. It's easy to mis-type when you are in a rush, (it's happened to me many times)

 

Try logging in again and if it still doesn't work, you should make a ticket so support can help you sort this out. Here is the link to the support page. Explain the situation and why you have changed your password so many times.

I looked at my email and received no warning about banishment.
I created a new account and I was able to access the game.
 
It's some problem with the account itself.
 
I sent a ticket to the supporte but I'm scared because I was playing normally and when I left for 5 minutes and tried to go back it started to happen.

It's good that you made a ticket. You should consider making a support account too so you can reply to your ticket at the website instead of waiting for emails. Click on "Register" on the support page to create that support account. 

 

I'm sure this will all be resolved soon.

I'm sure this will all be resolved soon. 

I believe this is using a rainfall of reports.
After completing exactly 24hrs after this problem started I re-entered the password and got into my account.
 
But when I went to play a game of PVP and received a report from an opponent who does not like me I was kicked and now the following message is appearing:
'' This account was blocked. (Reason: ACCOUNT BLOCK)
 
Was it some GM online that did this and put this motive?
Or is there a possibility that it was an automatic game lock?
 
Is there a difference between '' blocked '' and '' banned '' or was I banned forever?
