While new content/gear is (usually) great, please do not forget the gear from the previous Overseas Care Packages that are still bugged.

 

The three items that I know about:

 

Package 1: Elemental Towel is not buffing Severe Rainstorm damage.

 

Package 1: Reported: Silk Ribbon combo not working for additional size based damage reduction

 

Package 3: Reported: Red Lotus Stole not restoring 20 SP.

GMs dont concern about minor things minority bother about. If those items are pretty high demanded and cried a river like cylinder, then GM will do something. else??? meh

Don't really understand why people complaining about something they bought not working correctly is considered "crying", if I buy something from a restaurant and they give me the wrong order and I ask for the correct thing is that also crying? More like if multiple people came together about an item and collectively complained (Not cried!) about it, they might fix it.

Nice items Ash, but its raising abit of questions for me;

The hat that increases sp consumption by 100%, if its reducing SP consumption by upgrade and mistress card, the way it sounds is that its reducing the 100% of your SP usage which is now effectively 200% but would be treated as 100% during reudction calculations, doesnt that mean its making you use zero sp for skills?? Im sure its just my odd interpretation so it obviously means its reducing just that increase but if you stack other sp reducing gear wont that kind complicate how the meaning works then?

Also, are you sure that mid headgear has no slot? Thats turning my WL card into worthless -_- if i cant slot it into it. The GM's better be letting a slotted one in under the radar and not think they need to put the nonslotted one because people will rage about it if it has a slot when its not meant to, in fact can everyone not do that please if it comes in with a slot? You guys are just butchering the class more if it happens.

Maybe stop to leech money from the players with that op eq and sell something from past packages(bmx3 , hbp, faw, tengu set etc..). Just looks like u will boost the players damage in next 3-4 months, add bossnia TI(TI where all mobs is MVP) and wipe server in 7-8 month..

Sheila Boxter is in, wherein you can trade your Anniversary Box costumes and the Gothic Egg costumes (must be two of the same costumes) and 5 Eden Merit Badges for an unopened costume box under the same category (Gothic costume box for Gothic costumes). But unfortunately after tomorrow's maintenance, it will change to February and January costumes to be traded in.
