Its says that apply Tasty Shrimp for all party members.
Lets says you have Tasty Shrimp at 3 and Tasty Shrimp PARTY at 5.
It will count as it everyone in your party got a lvl 3 buff or the tasty shrimp PARTY lvl of skill?

it does count as tasty shrimp lv 3
because tasty shrim party has its own effect and increasing the lv will increase the duration and sp regeneration effects
