Not sure where to level my sage 71-99 I know TI's but where else could I level and should I be going battle or just go full int/dex?

if you have decent gear go to harpies full int and one shot them with heavens drive, if you have also a soul linker to kahii you just enjoy the free and easy exp (as scholar)
