I was playing before the new March sales patch and my speed was at 300, but afterwards, my speed lowered to 285. Took all of my gear and realize my character bonus is not active. Halp!

Ooh I didnt even notice until now, but same here!
According to my stats window I'm missing 10% ms aswell but it still says 361 total when I hover over my movement speed so maybe it's just a visual bug?
