the problem is obviouslty fixed today buy iw ould like to point out i never got compensation for my lost gems/diamonds or got refunded the difference. #WarportalMakesTheBestScammersEver!!

I think I have the same issue. Is the exchange suppose to be that high or was that not intended? :/ Not sure if I need to put in a ticket also.

Its very very high.... Most people are quiting already.... Because of this stupid exchange rate... its ridiculous U can get 6x the rewards from other games that u can on this one.. LOL.
