Hello everyone.

 

Did someone got problems with daily accumulated charge gift package?

 

Used it once, "yesterday" (depends on server time), got 2 spins and contribution crystals.

Used it twice, "today" (depends on server time), and got just 2 spins, no contribution.

 

WP support keeps silence...

1 spin for 80 diamonds

2 spin for 500 diamonds

 

daily...

 

i got my spins.. a bit later, but i got it....

the problem is contribution crystals =(

Yeah mine seems to be bugged on the roulette part, says to spin but I cant.... so I have a constant alert up.

yeah mien is bugged it wont let me claim my daily charge bonus the spin wheel worked fine for the initial charge but afterwords went to claim my daily charge prize and its bugged. like wtf

can we gat any official word on the $$$$ disappearing problem? something like "we are aware of blah blah blah, we are doing something about it, blah blah blah, we did not just take your $$ and run, blah blah blah."

Another 1500 contribution points are did not received ... 3000 total.

I hope, it will be compensated after fix?

i put 50 dollars into this game first 10 dollars got lost in translation from gems to diamonds now i am getting scrwed out of my bonus. great start guys great start i might dispute the credit card charge in a day or two if no response because i did not Reicve the goods or service i paid for.

i don't normally whine Bignut. but $50 is $50. and it did prompt a pm from a staff who knows who i am from another game. so at least my antics got the ball rolling on my ticket that i put in immediately.

Hi folks.

 

Obviously I am not the only one with this problem. Unfortunately there seems not to be any support available. Waiting for 2 days now on getting a reply (other than the automatically sent  one).

 

There is a workaround for the contribution. Create a new character and claim the crystals on this one. Unfortunately this doesn't help your own progress but the progress for the guild. Personally I'm very disappointed in the support and having spend my money on a game advertising so much for a cash shop that isn't even working properly.
