Best way to do is send a ticket to support so they can check your account or codes.

Still trying to get my account that I paid money to play and had at level 63 back.. it was deleted during the merger still no help.

Still no codes at all here. Wasn't even emailed about the game opening! Only thing i've recieved is something about a kafra matchmaking service. Its not in my junk folder, and it wasn't in the deleted folder.

I agree, this is probably the worst game start I have ever been on. I played in CBT and the game was pretty good, so I waited and waited. The game came out and it felt like i was being screwed for even playing it. No CBT codes on the launch day as was promised.
Who can make level 65 in under what 5 hours before the 2nd day started.
Diamonds at a 10:4 ratio I had planned on spending some money on the game now no.
Finally get my CBT code doesn't work at all this is sad.

similar problems here. played CBT, thought "ok, i can relax and play this when im not mvping on real ro." put in feedback and everything. charged $50 before the game was released under the assumption that the exchange rate would be 1:1. then when i go to get diamonds it eats all my money and gave me nothing. i dont receive any code (working or not). and the only response from staff was " We apologize for the inconvenience that this issue may have caused you. I have reported the issue to the Ragnarok Journey team for further investigation. Rest assured that you will hear from us once we have an update on this matter." and that was 5 days ago.
idk this "CM" butter-fudge or whatever. but i do believe being upfront about issues (or acknowledging them at all) would be a good start.

Hello there!
I have notified the staff about the erroneous coupons, kindly be patient a little while till we receive a clarification on the issue.
Note: For users with the code, make sure you are redeeming the code under ROj account ID, Ragnarok Journey "Game Coupons" tab, Successful redemption will add Gems to the account. Using the code somewhere else will not work as far as I can tell.

Guys. I found where u can activate code. Just don't try to redeem it on Power-UP - Redeem WP Coupons - it's wrong!
Use it on - Power-UP - Game Accounts (on the left side) - choose Ragnarok Journey - Ragnarok Journey "Game" Coupons. I hope it will help you!

Ditto I tried it many ways to see if I was doing it wrong, and yes i even have two emails that i played and both codes do not work.

Is there an update on the issue yet? Has anyone received a working code? Last thing I heard was they are working on the problem but that was at the beginning of the week.

The number codes were a listing error. There was a corrections email sent out to accounts that participated in the CBT. If you participated in the CBT and do not see an email with the title CORRECTION - Prize Code for Ragnarok Journey Closed Beta! please put in a ticket to the GM staff and we will cross check your email address to see if it was sent to you.
