There is a totem on the t_tower map that'll do it for free. Its active on Thor. Were holding off until logins clear to put it on chaos.

Actually im trying to make +10 evil using hd after failure using safe to 10 around 6 cert.using more than 800 hd elu now my evil degrade to +5.

I don't think there is a problem with login. I think GM's are trying to implement an NPC but have to wait till everyone who is on logs off...

restart is too short to QQ for that!
