I believe it should be: "Is it worth it?" instead of "Does it worth it?".

As for opinion, I have yet to use one.

Are you planning on capping? Or is this a perma?

If you plan on capping in the near future, then maybe just get yourself a nice normal 55 wep (or use your Magichenge) until when you get can Oak. However, if you plan on being a level 60 perma, or if you managed to find yourself a cheap and decent Arka, then I guess it would be a good alternative.

I'm planning to use it until I can get drakos weapon. Or the heirloom LO. Which one would be better?

300g, yes. IMO. You save the most money ever from repairs, vs W.E Valkyrie Staff...I'm sure you're going to be leveling loads eventually it'll add up how many repairs you use it on.
