I'm on top ranking in all of the server open event tabs, however it's not allowing us to claim them. I sure hope you can fix it or compensate us.

Me and a friend of mine is also having this problem. For some reason we cannot receive the rewards from reaching base lvl 60 rewards.

If it says "resomething 0" that means there are zero of the prizes remaining.
