I've got question about the extra reset, will the extra reset counts available to all accounts as soon as the maintenance were finished?

 

or it will be given out gradually on some accounts first, similar to last VIP giveaway on last week maintenance?

Too bad for you man. I did mine last night knowing they might be removing the 50% EXP bonus. There is still hope though, if they take extra long time to put the server back up, especially 3 hours longer than the scheduled time, they will keep it for another few days.
