For everyone who's waiting for new RagCan information

The current RagCan (RagCan 2022 Summer) has now extended the sales period due to Transcendence Update (Lv200) delays.

If there are any changes I will inform later.

「Ragnarok Online extended update Transcendence -超越-」

In preparation for the implementation of the 4th job, which is scheduled to be implemented in the future, JRO will release maximum level capacity from 185 to 200 in 4th October 2022. (It postponed from 30th August)
In this update, Base level cap of all classes (including extended classes) will increases from 185 to 200 and JobLv cap is increases from 65 to 70. (from 55 to 60 in case of Summoner.)

Along with the implementation of this update, the following specifications will be changed in order to adjust the game balance.

1. System rebalance

The following value will be set to 95 capacity. If this value increases to more than 95, it will be adjusted to only 95.
- Percentage of resistance against all property attack.
- Percentage of resistance against all property monsters.
- Percentage of resistance against all race monsters. (including players)
- Percentage of resistance against all size monsters. (including players)
- Percentage of resistance against all class monsters. (Normal, Boss, Guardian)
- Percentage of resistance against melee and long range physical damage.
- Perfect Dodge

e.g. : When a player has equipment with "Reduces the damage taken from Fire property attack by 70%" ability and "Reduces the damage taken from Fire property attack by 30%" ability,
- Before this adjustment : It will grants 100% Fire property resistance.
- After this adjustment : It will grants only 95% Fire property resistance due to cap reached.

2. Skill Rebalance

Unlike KRO, JRO has their own skill rebalance in accordance with RagCan item and server's environment and etc.
JRO version of skill rebalance is as following.

2.11.3 Mado Gear
All 1st, 2nd and 3rd skills will be available while riding Mado Gear.

5. Monster Rebalance

Due to system rebalance and EXP rebalance, some monster's stats and skill usage will be renewed.

(It's impossible to deal with Str 150,000 monsters when your Perfect Dodge has only 95. It's also impossible to deal with mob's Psychic Wave or mob's Genesis Ray when your Ghost and Holy property resistance is only 95%.)

afaik, JRO has "The Awakening" patch that grants level cap to 165/60 before 175/60 and JRO's timeline started to change from the original KRO since then.
