Hello,

 

How players can only put 3 letters on their name? I thought 4 letters is the minimum.

You submit a ticket for a name change when you have the name change item(500IM). If you get lucky you can get a name change of 3 letters if a person from the support team does it randomly. 9/10 times they will say no because it has to be 5 letters minimum. I've seen multiple people change into a 3 letter name and I have one too.

As far as I know the GM team does not change names to 3 letter names anymore. At least that was what I've been told.

A friend of me recently changed his name to a 3 letter one. And to be honest it should count the same rule for all. If one is able to get a 3 letter name others should be able to get one too since people pay enough money/ gold for it. Thats what i think.

I've noticed at least 1 successful and recent 3-letter name change within a short time period. I think it's a blue-moon thing however. Or Support forgot to request all 5 names be at least X characters long. I wasn't sure of the appeal of 3-letter names anyways.

 

Also new characters can be made with a 4-letter minimum.

You might wanna talk with Dev's on this one or maybe debate with Support Squad but, It's possible to make a character with a 4-letter name. I managed to pull it off last night.

You're right. You can create a char with a 4-letter name. But the GM policy says in case of a name change the name must be at least 5 letters long.

that pretty unfair. Enough people already run around with 3 letter names and i doubt that there were different rules for namechange 3 weeks ago when a friend of me got it. Same right for all.
