Wizard is bad for killing bosses early because low amor and hp. But later with lv130 job, u can up full 1st skill leftside( i dont remember skill's name). and +8 yeallow gear. U will see wizard power. good luck guys.
I can suggest u guys build Wizard like this( sorry for my bad english 
, hope u guys can understand 
).
At 1st u need vip, exp gem, diamondring, wing 5 and hallow 7. If u can't charge for these things, better don't play Wizard.
Early u need to build 51 -61 vit for doing daily quest at lv70 and above. Later u need to up 71-81 vit at lv90 XD. Then 51 dex. Then max int because early u need int for more magic dmg.
After change job at lv99. make 5 slot yeallow weapon atleast. equip thatanos card. if u got money, i suggest u open accessories slot then equip stormy knight card for more dex, dracula card at cloak. Dark illusion card for shoes and gazeti card for normal slot accessories. Then max dex. Up vit depend on what boss you wanna hunt. Then int.
***HERE a tips, u can try it. Abyss knight card can work on magic attack. i play priest and equip abyss knight, then my dmg higher when attack bosses XD. i don't know it can work for wizard or not.
About skills:( just remember this build is my build on my opinion, u can try it, if its better your build then just play it, and this game is amazing when u can free to build for different situation XD. example u can up max water skill when u want to train at fire monster instead of max ground skill. depend on what element u wanna train XD ).
Job 1: Max all skill, no up sight, don't need it for killing monster, +8 passive +dex. ( when your job level up to 130, max, u can think about don't up lighting bolt and up +18 dex ) i belive u know that dex is most importan when u play wizard .
Job 2: Early 10 lord of vermilion, 10 meteor, then max quagmire( give u total 900% dmg, when u doing dailyquest, this skill can one hit monster. Deal 20-60k dmg depend on your item). Then +9 soul expension.
Later u should buy 2nd tab skill ( buy skillstone at shop 300D). Tab 1 just max soul expension. When u max soul expension, u can reset skill, that moment u got enough skill for max storm gust ( i'm not sure u can understand me 
, my english too bad). When u max storm gust, then up soul expension again. Now u got 2 skill with 900% dmg for training, too ez, just find befit element. ( or suitable i don't know what that word in english haha).
Tab 2 (for pk or hunting big boss. 5nd floor laboratory and above) : max energy coat, when u max dex, u can use that skill nonstop 
. Then max thuner or vittening depend on you.

. Ah, i forget, u can up 10 point at energy coat for tab 1 skill if u want, just try and explore the game XD. Tks for reading. I'm just not enough money for wizard then i change to priest, but i love this wizard too much XD.
