Greetings team! We've been working on a wonderful suprise for Mother's Day! 

 

 

This time of year, take a moment to thank the woman who made you what you are today! The 14^th of May through the 16^th we will be holding a special Mother’s Day composition event. During the event, all monsters on maps level 50 or above will have a chance to drop four letters: "L","O","V","E" which can be used in the Composition tab to create fabulous items! Get them while you can! This event will only last a few days.

While you’re playing, don’t forget to get your mother something on Earth too.

Well the event looks great. The time change on everything sucks. I get it is to help people outside my time zone but some of these events really need to be held in 12 hour intervals to give people on both sides of the planet a chance to get involved. Now no one in my guild can make GD, or RVR since they happen after 1 Am EST.

Way to mess up things again.   Server events are screwed up and now are set at the Svr 5 times.  Luck roulette is still not reset. Neither is the investments.

Nice now anyone on the east coast can do RvR or GD it was hard enough getting people for GD at the time it was... now this game just went over seas and has no point in the US playing delightful....

728 diamonds isn't even a sale. They are being shady as hell.  728 is the exact cost to make a lvl 5 halo...I have it all calculated

EDIT: Apparently when the sale ends the price goes up to cost.  Still really annoying to display it as a sale and hide the # of remaining under text so its not readable...

Also, the Tulips are wrong. You get either 1000 Charm Points OR 500 Honor points.

I doubt we are going to get a response here. Heck I sent in a ticket and doubt I will get a response. It's the weekend. I wouldn't expect any word back for anything until Monday at the earliest....

Just out of stock for sale. There is a field with the remaining amount. But because of the poor quality of localization, it is covered by the word "Remaining". Therefore, the price changed to regular, 728.

So, you say through the 16th, when apparently what you mean is until the 16th.  I was expecting to be able to craft the letters that I got while at work last night, but apparently you also removed the ability to craft any leftover letters along with removing them from the drop table.  This is pretty frustrating considering I would've been able to several more crafts, but those items are now useless.

 

Any possibility of getting the ability to at least craft the event items for a bit longer to clear them from inventory?

Yeah, this is ridiculous. Now we are stuck with stuff we cannot combine. The event screwed up the server times. I sent in a ticket about this on the 13th, three days ago. Still haven't heard back. I get it was the weekend but now it is Tuesday, we should have at least heard back from you all by yesterday. At least something. If anything just a "we are looking into it"

To the best of my knowledge there was no end time to this event, and it just randomly ends and you take out the activity composition for the letters? So now im stuck with 100 letters and cant cash them in? Not to mention the event times still havent been corrected and im sure there will be no compensation for this. Gotta get yo sh*t together...

Any word would be welcome at this point. Even if it was a forum mod or admin going - I don't know what is going on, waiting to hear from the company. It's not like they are not aware, I mean we can easily click on any persons profile here and see when they logged in last. So we know at least someone has been on and must have seen the complaints by now. (Not to mention I doubt I am the only one that has sent in a ticket about the glitches and issues since the event began and ended)
