I don't know if it's just me, but, after the recent patch, sometimes when I point my cursor on a vend or pub chat, the 'hand' icon doesn't appear and I can't open it unless I have to zoom in and mouse scroll wheel sometimes doesn't work that I can't zoom in and out my camera.
