The last three or so maintenances (since the one that went so overtime it resulted in free VIP weekend) have been done ahead of time. But before that there was quite a streak of overtimes, yes.

If they add HSCR, all they have to do is make it a level 100 requirement, then BAM, no TE breaking (well beating a dead horse :Y), just PVM carnage table for two.

Better just make the item not work in TE at all, like Eddga Hat. That way WS can still benefit from it on pvm. (and will make WS vs Fenrir more viable :v)

confirmed: there is no NPC for the hom loyalty event. i made 3 new homs just hours before maint and they are already lvl1 cordial. you had to make them before maint im guessing.
