Doing quest for wigner family. They lost some jewel box. Suspected the castle maid. I did something here and the maid said its the furniture delivery guy that is the culprit. She told to me to go to the district office in prontera village area and find the furniture guy.
So my question is :
Where is this district office in the village area of prontera???
Where is delivery guy?
Is there such an office in prontera??? Checked irowiki and guide and i cant find info on district office.

Hey, in the guide it says prepare 10 sea stone. and it also say u will automatically get sea stone when u kill 'it'. What is 'it'?

yeah, dont accumulate them, farmed 40 pcs, the npc took everything instead of asking for 15 only
