Some people on s2 got banned. but they manage to transfer their gears to their alt characters. are they allowed to do that? The gears should've deleted because they already refunded their payment but they are continually using it. Ragnarok journey team should look at this kind of issue

It really is some crap. I kept playing thinking that those few high charge people are gonna get banned / charge-back. And yet they still manage to get their thousands of $$ worth of gear onto other players so that they could then dominate with fraudulently purchased items. It has become an endless cycle of OP gear getting circulated to alt accounts and account sharing.

WARPPORTAL Please get your team together. This is a serious issue. Anybody can do this but we choose not to, please respect the playerbase. If players are paying and getting their items then it is fair but now it is not their own money and those equips are made with illegal money. Please do something about this.

I think they are doing this right now. buying diamonds with a alt account then transferring that diamond on the main account. then charge back because its okay to be banned if its only their alt account right.

this is common even on s1. nobody checks them.

I think they have the storage in Payon where other characters from their accounts registered on different servers can use the storage freely.

Ticket response from WP:

"I understand the situation, and we will do anything we can to investigate and give proper actions to this. I would also like to inform you that we could not disclose anything about our work and action in-game due to some privacy and security purposes. Rest assured that we will not tolerate this kind of behavior. Your understanding is very much appreciated."

 

They tell me to rest assured that they don't tolerate this, but I'm yet to see anything being done about it... how much longer should I wait. How many people gotta quit the game before they do something?  The "investigation" should have been over after looking into it for 5 minutes...

Is been 3 weeks since my first support ticket. And  I've followed up with 2 others since. 

Their response is same generic crap every time "be patient were investigating".

It's pretty clear that they don't plan to do anything to counteract this chargeback cheating.
