Took a trip to Byanlan Island via the Ship in northeast Izlude.
There's portals all over the place! There's airship crewmembers! There's Airship announcements telling me where the Airship is and where it's headed next! 
I can't get into the cave / dungeon. The portals take you to different parts of the airship from the north republic.
