It's because people complain about OCP items being OP for example or putting any event which they think will make the game broken rofl. They think they're better than the CMs in controlling the game. I wish they did this the time when they planned to put those OP shadow sets to make them more QQ.

This glove is not even that OP. I mean I dont watch PvM WL videos but I know WLs in WoE dont hurt that badly even equipped with +14 KVM and Fenrir (I assume). Geared to the teeth but the damage from WL is still manageable. Anyway, AI dont QQ. This glove will be awesome for WL folks xD

Huge difference what you see in WoE from what we experience in PVM against 200-400 mdef monsters... believe me

Yeah its not even that OP, I dont expect my class to be OP, its not like I am an ambitious guy anyway. MDEF scaling kills mage classes, unless Gravity fixes this(which is extremely unlikely) we can only count on gears like Magicians Gloves. Maybe we wont get Magicians Gloves exactly, but I definitely expect something similar in future OCPs.

They are used to assuredly refine an item to +7/8/9/10 with neither a fail chance or a break chance nor a downgrade chance.

 

The number of blessings used goes up depending on which upgrade you're using them for, don't remember the exact numbers.

 

Of course, this is all their intended functionality. As of right now, we cannot use them, and apparently we need the refinement UI update in order to be able to use them. They could be apples for all we care about now.

It will be nearly over a year since we got them. Why are they still being given out in mad bunny boxes?
