Focused arrow strike garment,which is similar to enforce garment for Gx

with +9 and lv 175,

MHP+20%, range attack-35%, aimed bolt damage+10%, blitz beat+50%,aspd+6%

Focused arrow strike +118%.

But there are some difference in JRO, Focused arrow strike in JRO does not have fixed cast time, and we have 2s fixed cast time and 1.5s cast delay, which is terrible.

Currently ranger with gray wing boot+white wing,which can increase focused arrow strike damage by 75%, with all+14 and all crit damage gears, ranger could do 60k per shoot without no limit.

 

Ranger do need a bow skill which doesnot rely on No limit so that we could farm in bio5.

This garment would be nice if:

with +9 and lv 175,

MHP+20%, range attack-35%, aimed bolt damage+10%, blitz beat+50%,aspd+6%

Focused arrow strike +600%, when using no limit, for every 1 level no limit learned, Focused arrow strike damage -120%

For every 2 refinement, luk+3,Focused arrow strike fixed cast time -0.2s. Cast delay -3%.

 

So ranger with this garment  can do focused arrow strike 180k-250k per shoot with top gears. which is quite reasonable. And no limit cannot increase its damage.

The cast delay it slightly decreased but ranger still need to party to cancel the delay.

yes Thana effect,

hmm probably the way the magic attack calculated, different from melee.

magic attack element is forced , while neutral is not.

 

most of ocp gears ( for magic classes ) tend to increase X skill or X elemental attack, rather than giving bonus based from mdef.

this is the one that bRO imported to their server   , but they nerfed it, having only 1 slot instead of 3.

 

to be honest, there is no actual rules about OCP itself, Overseas Care Package

has to be cash shop or not. 

 

cause Piercing Staff is normal item in jRO, and we already have some regular items from jRO with 2-3 slots.
