was browsing some jRO items and saw enforcer cape has a bonus for cross impact damage. was this removed or just bugged?

It's been noted in Nirvanna's "things wrong with jRO items" thread. Cross Impact and Soul Destroyer buffs were removed.

even the Grimtooth effect doesnt work as intended, i mean the damage bonus is lower than it should

this is the reason why you guys shouldnt bring Executioner's Shoes to this server
unless you want it to be changed to Increase Envenom damage by 30%

My only question to the GMs is: Why they still selling bugs, errors, bad description and non-working gears?, every time you ask for fixed something they just ignore the post and when the post continue and become in a drama, they just answer "we are look into", then months over, the post star again and the new answer is "we are waiting for kRO fix" again months of waiting and the final answer is "thread close", so years pass over and never get a fix, now my question for iRO players is...you guys already know how GMs work, so why still buying those boxes?

Next OCP will release with Executioner Shoes, but without the bonuses to Meteor Assault.

Yeah, I have seen a lot of threads discussing the items recently introduced in the OCPs. So far, the only item that I've seen them give attention is Cylinder Headband, and that's just because it wasn't delivering what it was supposed to. Camp also mentioned in that thread about fixing other gears that doesn't work, but I haven't seen any updates about it. I get that they're focusing on bringin in new content like 16.1 and Rockridge, but I really hope they don't forget about these fixes.

Cylinder isnt working as originally intended either, though. It isnt supposed to give instant cast, only a rather minor reduction, which could give you instant cast if you already have a good chunk of Dex and Int.
Edit: Not to mention that the damage isnt even applied as originally intended. Not even close, as a matter of fact.

I was under the impression that it was 0.1 reduction to variable casting time over on jRO.
