Never mind, it seems that the problem fixed itself. It was still really strange though.
No answer to my ticket lol. I guess it's back to obsessively checking now.

Every time I try to log in I get a page that tells me to log into smart track 4.8. I tried my log in information for the support page but it doesn't work, and I don't know what to do. I have been anxiously awaiting an answer to a service ticket for days and now I can't look. Does anyone know what's going on?

There was a bit of a hiccup on this end too, so I was told.
It's all fixed up, and the support team will help you out as soon as they can.
