Blue candy has the least delay from all the halloween candies I've tested. And yes, even novaRO RGs complain about the delay from VP.
kRO RGs however never had this problem. RGs there spamming VP at the proper delay, NO candies needed.
I believe yellow candy(Jakk) has the least animation delay.
