Hey guys, whats up?

  I stopped playing last year and came back this week, so I'd like to know how is the MVP builds' damage competition right now. When I was playing it was like DD Crit>DD DA > Katar Crit <> (don't remember) RC. I'm leveling a GX (145 right now) and would go for the Katar crit build (due to high damage / not overwhelming price of equipments), but I don't know if it's still like that.

it's pretty much still like that. There were items added that boost RC/DD DA more than crit builds, but there were also item additions that boost crit dmg etc. So in the end it's more or less the same.

how are the costs of RC build and katar crit? I don't have any idea on which are these items you're talking about

A mid-budget RC type can easily outdamage a mid-budget DD Crit these days

Hi, I just started playing RC GX as my 1st ,  can you tell me more about mid-budget rc type equipment,

 

I'm a bit lost right now deciding which equip to buy, everything vended is so expensive

Top: +9 RWH or +9 Vana for leeching your HP/SP.

Armor: Nab cloth with FS enchants for hit rate & atk

Weapons: +9 Thanatos katar, or +12 or higher crimson katar (holy property is useful in many scenarios)

Garment: +9 FAW with FS enchants, or +9 HBP

Shoes: +6 Temporal Str boots with FS enchants for hit rate & atk. (Without the 3rd slot enchant, you can get a pair from running OGH once.)

Acc: Keraunos x2 for aspd% and atk%

Shadow gears: Physical set & malicious set.

Try buying a clean RWH. Make your own Thana Katar. Buy a HBP good for greeding. Everything else is on the above post.

Thank you for answering... I already have +9RWH and 9+HBP, still lv 106 so cant equip Thana yet.

 

So, my next aim should be armor : nab's ,shoes: STR temporal and acc : Keraunosx2

- Get Variant Shoes until you can afford Temporal STR Boots
- Try getting cheap element-carded armor while waiting for the perfect nab enchant (FS5-ish), even Cotton Shirt[1] will do, I find Pasana card very helpful in early GX stages (helps in Nogg Road)

- For Acc, if you need Hit, get a Vesper Core 4, it's quite cheap and increases your Hit by a lot early on. Later you can switch to Keraunos.

atm Im using variant shoes, and earth deleter card in armor for sp regen, because I have immune in HBP

 

and not using undead knight F. I saw vesper core 4 price, and boy , their price is escalated quickly
