Can we have an option to refine automatically just by clicking on the npc and choose the refine level from 1-10?

The Zone servers all report that the refine rate is active, The boot up process also reports that it assigned the proper refine rates to the zone server. The event IS active.
Would therr be new ores for the higher upgrade event? Like now the most possible case is +15 on a armor and level 4 weapon.
When can we get the ones where we can reach +20? xD
