Community Headgears quest does sound nice, market's been choked of them lately. Most players playing 3 years ago probably aren't even playing now :/

Man, this juno spotlight has been around for 2 months. Can we just consider stopping the spotlights? It will reduce the load of work you will need to do....

Just notice the increase on refine event, and here is my question. We assume (just assume, since you never posted the actual rates on this ongoing refine event.) that you used the "Always rates never changed" chances from previous Refine Events, taking this as reference: http://www.playragna...ail.aspx?id=402 and img for details:

 

Now, you post we will have an increase (and we hope a significative increase) on refine event over +10 and Enriched ores, and post this:

 

 

For me, are the same rates with different colour. and of course, last week chances were horrible, even with refine event going. Where is the increase then? what are the actual rates?

More mob spawns doesn't stop people from hiding even the extra spawned ones away, just saying. Spotlight is not even a temporary fix.

Could you check the rebellion weapon vending, some items are missing there like southern cross, and the bouncer npc in einbroch is not warping anymore wich disable acess to 50% of the rebellions vending machines in the game.
