"Thank you for your inquiry,
We are sorry to hear of any issue experienced with the game client. Unfortunately it is possible to break an item during any attempt to upgrade an item. To prevent an item from breaking during an upgrade attempt it is recommended to use an insurance scroll. Thank you for your understanding and support of Dragon Saga. If you have any other questions please feel free to submit another ticket and we will be happy to assist you.

i cant purchase soul randomizers , it says that is not necessary!!! what i do T_T it says Innapropiate
theyre removed from the game until further notice lol
also its a chance you have to take on scing... you cant expect them to hand stuff to you, promoting sales of insurance scrolls is what they WANT to do, buying out of fear is GOOD for them. They want money, insurance scrolls sell lots=good for them so they wont change it and they cant since baruson has to approve it and since we know they wont dont waste ur time and mine lol (that sounded mean gosh... well.... xD oh well)

My Fire Guardian Bottom got destroyed during enchanting not soul crafting. I still haven't got a response from support.
You should know by now you won't be getting it back. Why even bother sending a ticket?

was it from past +4? you dont need insurance from 1-4... and it breaks past that.

They should just remove the chance altogether on reg to adv, since I'm sure people will be really really unhappy to lose their rare heirloom BD or any other rare and expensive item to a .very small chance(We'd have more reports even for a 1% chance than we do). That low chance of breaking isn't needed when we have sealed equips, and just exists to promote insurance sales through Fear.
