Nope, not anymore now. My very high sen build is useless now. But there isn't a best build. It can be good on a certain group of players and bad on a other certain good of players. It's all about making your own unique build.

full chiva (chiva is best for champ)give extra streng, dex is good but it's not useful-> a little atp, con and sen are better, and skill base on their char(better after more pvp war).

110 dex
240 sen

go for crit and aspeed, its good for war.
a perfect killing machine

1. is critical in this game actually worth the point put in sen? and is it only 'normal' attack that can critical, or all attack (skill,single target and aoe) can critical too?

2. when I see the champ passive, the axe passive has a critical bonus and sword passive has a acc bonus, is this bonus only apply when using axe and sword, or is it possible to make a spear build and get all the 3 passive for crit+acc+atkspeed passive?

3. what is the highest str requirement on a champ weapon?

Yes

It is possible to use those passives for a spear champ as well, this is what makes the champion class so good.

I believe it's 349, on the Jabberwock Nail. (even though no one uses it)

Dude, this post is a mess..... having too much dex.... I guess this post is old though...
You could have always just have fluctuated substats 50def/40dodge
take 32dex off each time you have such a substat and get 16.25str and 50crit or 25acc

I really am lost, so many different builds to choose from.

My one wish is for a godly champ to come on and just bestow some of his godlike stats and skills to a few chosen ones. And i pray i may be one of the chosen few =)

Lol, this guide really is a mess, stats are way too different now, I've already figured a god-like skill/stats, my old stats were some of you may have seen was a fluctuation project that i've already given to you all, but stats/skills can't be verified for good in anything. The game changes everytime new skills begin or level cap raises... Long time ago when i played they had 215 raised to 220, the effect wasn't by very much but now they went 10 levels.. No kind of stat is good if you don't have certain items to match it with. I have stats that are confidential, and I've only shared it with one random stranger.
Just to give off some hint's (reliable skills never miss) (ehm)*** (axe champ slugger* ehm, won't miss)

Just to mention, every thread of the game for any level230 is all useless.
The orthadox of old stats changed.

I can use spear/axe/sword, as for me i try all different weapons for different classes, but if i were to give away all my secrets it would take like 10hours to write it all down... (In the game I've already noticed people pvp and defence down right before others mute and your normal attack does more damage from crit than there damage layed on you)
I don't know if certain people stalk my post ehm jynxie* but i guess you might find out some useful info on strategies for champs
most of the fluctuation things i've mentioned are in hawker class...

Dex gives a champ dodge and attack power
If your creating a dex champ, make sure you don't distribute an overload on dex* Best if it is lower than your strength
Making your build according to an AP ratio would most likely be best.

well, I'm starting from scratch so I'm wondering if someone can give me a hint on what stat should I follow since I'm making a critical/spear Champ and the skills that I should choose. I go for PVE mainly, because I'm not a fan of PvP.

*2-hand [Axe] - Eternal Decimation & Jabberwock's Nail [High Critical]
STR 370 (74 pts)
DEX 200 (40 pts)
