This is ticking me off. I signed up to play RE:Start. I am an old player from 2003-2004 so I already started off confused and now this account verification crap is preventing me from buying some things. I have waited 3 days and had a ticket open and still nothing. Total failure on the support and account relationship side. Very disappointed.
