At the log in screen after attempting to log in it says "failed to log in to server". Any suggestions?

That message normally means the game server is down, but since some people have been saying they're able to get on after this last patch not sure what your problem could be.

maybe login server went down again that's mean the one who currently playing do not log off lol

yeah! i have the same problem but my path stops at 20% and closed up! lunatic!

and i cant download the game again if dont were downloading the gateway first!

how can i solve this problem?

I did the recent patch update but it didnt finish patching and stopped at 20% and then closed but when i reoppened dragonsaga launcher it said patching complete but when i hit start my screens goes white and cant saus not responding... could i have some help on how to fix it please and thank you

I re-downloaded and re-installed Gateway and Dragon Saga and now when i start it up it says connecting to server and the bar moves and stuff but then the windo goes away and a message in Korean comes up.

Go to C:\Program Files\Gravity\Dragon Saga\ (or where ever you installed the game)

In that folder you should see patcher.exe and patcher2.exe

delete patcher.exe
rename patcher2.exe to patcher.exe
then run the game

sadly this will not fix the bugs with the latest patch this is just the fix for the old Korean bug.

Not sure why this thread went to blaming the patcher but the initial problem was that upon logging in to the client it would say "failed to log in to server"

ya same for me, finally found a way to get to the login screen and now it wont connect. i think their doing maintenance and a new patch to fix all the patching bugs going around.

Nvm I got it to work by just deleting random stuffs ^o^

Just try and delete everything related to the patch and repatch. . . over and over again >.>
