I have to admit, I am pretty amazed that updating a list of spins can take this long ._. 

 

I'm going to ask a question someone else asked last week, at what point did it seem like a good idea to do maintenance on a Friday evening? Of all the times of the week that you could do it....

Has it been a rollback. When I logged out yesterday I was level 70 with a new character. Today when I logged in it was level 66

So I wasn't the only one.

It's likely that it was rolled back a little bit. :|
