Well, is Hugel implemented? I can't seem to find a way to get there to complete my blacksmith quest. Help please

Hugel is part of Episode 10, which isn't on Revo-Classic yet. Blacksmith quest should be the old one in Geffen. It doesn't get moved to Einbroch until Episode 10.
