But if this happens and you take a screenshot to show that the card drops when submitting a ticket, they will give the card to you, wont they?

This happened to my guildie in two instances
first is corruption root card, second is Bakonawa Spirit

Just killed Bee with a fresh popped gum, went to Mini Valk floor and BAM. DC. :') 4-5 mins wasted just reclimbing.

I just STOPED doing instances till our GM start doing something and fix this random DCs while in instances. FU** ALL THIS TRASH resumes what i'm feeling for now. Swear it will be fixed. Maybe when they fix the class headgears like captain hat...

Umm maybe your guildie forgot to take screenshot when it happened? They need some form of evidence, or they cannot confirm the validity of their claims. But anyway this is something that can make a player quit the game and never come back, imagine getting DC'd when a Fenrir Card drops after clearing GMT. If its just a Corruption Root card though, I guess most ppls will let it pass.

We had a screenshot but the one in the CS said tht an item that wasnt picked up cant be given to the player since
...well you couldnt pick it up

I agree. Random is random. Most of the time I believe the problem wasn't on my PC. (While sometime it really "is" like on my ISP or my Wireless Adapter's drivers)

skill until now baffles me.METASS(Meteor ASsault ) except when u cast it is
interruptable what an AoE Meteor Assault kills
more mobs than players in PVP!
