Hi,

 

i try to convert my account wpe to give card but it shows "This option is only available for accounts that have previously made Warp Portal energy purchases. If you feel this is in error, please contact us via the ticketing system."

 

pls help !!!!!

Please send a support ticket to the billing and payment department, in the ticket make sure to explain the issue properly.

after so many days of wait i received a mail from warp, and i was very happy go to create the gift card but still cannot !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Same message appeared !!!!! Pls solve this !!!!
