I think it'd be best if you started a tad earlier. The server is incredibly unstable at the moment and is going down frequently. Or a mini-maintenance for stability.

whole server is now down 4 hours earlier than announced. can we expect to play today or do I go do something else?

The server is experiencing some issues and is currently being restarted by the Dragon Saga team. Sorry for the inconvenience I will post another notice once the server is back up!

Well, it was a good run. Might have jinxed it myself a few days ago by saying that the server has worked fine for a while now.
