A cute octopus ride, probably should be tweaked to have cuter proportions... so that it would be like, cute. >_>; /fails
When it breathes, it makes bubbles! It also dances it's way forward. Or something.


A beholder-like ride for priests, It's basically a big eye, that has ram horns and similiar feet (although thinner for some extra creepiness). oh yeah, and it could, like, breathe very heavily too. o_o
Edit: The breathing sound would be like... orc breathing~


A chess piece ride for mages and the likes, it was supposed to be tower but my wobbly lines kinda screw that up.


uhh. This guy's like a dragon without wings (so it's a lizard), with some long bunny-like ears and strange frog-like claws. He also has back feet somewhere there (did I forget to draw them?), and is made out of SMOKE. or cloud. Or maybe not.


And as last, but not least, The Corgi Ride. NOTE: THIS IS NOT MY IDEA. Someone was talking about how she wanted a corgi ride on forums, and I wuz like lul nowaytoocute, but after drawing it I was like. >> I want that, goddammit.
So I'm not taking credits, if you happen to see the original thinker, poke her to create a thread for corgis. /ok

Why would anyone want to ride a rook? Or any inanimate object for that matter? Unless you plan on it moving like a Shining Plant summon. Even then, that's not all that great to look at. :\

Well if you're going to make chess piece mounts, might as well do the entire set. Then we can all go to Kunlun and do RO chess on the Hermit's Checkers map.

Why a chess piece? Hmm... probably because it's an object that refers to intelligence, yet it does have something magical in it. I like the shapes of chess pieces and it's something else than what RO already has in it. It's not four legged, furry, cute or scary, it has it's own thing going on.
I also like it because it has millions of possibilities on how to move.

It could jump, roll, fly, sway, it could Tango it's way forward. Heck, for all I know, the ragnarok sprite could snack the chess piece on it's shoulders and run with it, while having that popping vein smiley and with those dead eyes effects on (the ones that go like o_o )

People don't like the chess piece? Pfft. If those people don't have enough imagination to give an inanimate object personality, then I feel sorry for them. 8D

I especially like the creepy leggy beholder thing... And the way you talked about it breathing heavily made me think of Tsozzy, hahaaaa. Maybe it could make the same breathing sound that orcs do?

haha. :) Inanimate objects are awesome. But 's fine, I just think it's good if peeps feel comfortable enough to express their opinions. Bad feedback is also feedback.
