For low-level players who still are not able to go to Umbala, farm them in labyrinth Prontera forest, 1-2 choco respawn every 3 minutes.

 

For experienced high lvl players who can, pls let be considerate...

Enchanted Peach Tree.  Decent rate, I got 3 of them trying to get the 10 Royal Jelly for the Swordsman quest.

You're right, I got the places confused.  Looks like OP just meant that there are Chocos in Umbala, but that the Labyrinth is a good alternative.
