Is this your first time purchasing WPE with BokuPay?
I believe the payment queue is still loaded with ticket payment concerns, though the staff are working on reducing the load as fast as they can.

Hi. How can I ever trust your site? First time to load on my account. Payment verified on your payment partner but no points on my account? Created a ticket which was not even answered after 24 hours!!!
