You guys need to also work on eliminating the Botting on the server. Private servers are killing the main servers in this category. They use different systems to prevent Bots. You guys should definitely invest in that. It will protect the servers life longevity.

Still unable to login to Ragnarok Journey - which I guess is understandable since things can take longer sometimes than expected. What really sucks is when you try to log in it tells you that you have an invalid account log in or password - that really causes undue stress. (Especially when you go to the games page on the website and the announcement that the server is going to be down isn't there! Nor on the FB page.)

like anything is posted anywhere for this game whatsoever, i was amazed to see that server 8 had an announcement.
anyways, still cant log here too, cuz my "password is wrong" hahaha

Finally got in on Ragnarok Journey, Server 1 - for like 2 minutes. Tried to pull up my guild menu, it froze for a moment. Tried to pull my inventory up - it crashed. ><!!!

Why can't we log in Ragnarok Journey? Is the game going to be shut down? Is there a hacker on the servers?

I know its not your fault with the sudden disconnection and inability to login , but every player in every game that were affected deserve a compensation
We lost more than a days worth of VIP ,chances to get better items ,exp , in game daily events.etc.

I agree. It is annoying in Dragon Saga too. I was disconnected in Pegasus; a friend got disconnected in Pegasus two times; another friend got disconnected at Drakos expert mode at level 50 etc etc. Today in Discord people are saying that they are afraid of going into f7s (since there is exp boost) because they may disconnect. While, I cannot even login to the game right now.
I know it is not your fault, and I absolutely don't know what DDOS is, but is there a way to prevent it? Is there something that the players can do to help you guys?

A little after 6 AM EST time on 7/28th and still getting Dced and losing time on my VIp for Ragnarok Journey Server 1... ><!!!!!!

WTF. Gimme my VIP TIME back.... We all waste money on your games and you cant even keep the servers running.
"Compensation" 10x2hrs EP Boost - WOW, but this won't give me my VIP Days back. 2 Days are gone just because you cant fix your -_-.
